Gemma is a full member of STEP and has completed the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) Diploma.

Gemma predominantly deals with complex taxable probates and intestacies, including the use of the nil rate band, transferable nil rate band and the residence nil rate band and estates with agricultural property relief, business property relief and gifting elements.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside work Gemma likes to sew, paint and upcycle items. She also enjoys gardening along with walking her rescue dog Molly.

She also loves fresh mint tea and has a collection if 12 different varieties!
